Author Guidelines

Article requirements

Scientific article should have the following structure:

I. General information about the article:

  1. The title of the article.
  2. Information about the authors, their job position, place of work,  E-mail address, ORCID ID.
  3. Abstract.
  4. Keywords.

II. The structure of the article includes:

  1. Introduction.
  2. Literature review
  3. The identification of previously unresolved issues and the formulation of research hypotheses
  4. Research methodology and methods
  5. Main results
  6. Concluding remarks    
  7. References. 

Publication of articles in journals is for a fee.

One full page of the material ("TimesNewRoman" font , 14 points, interval – 1.5) is charged in the amount of 70 UAH.

Payment is carried out on the invoice sent to the author only after the completion of the review process of the article in the publishing department and its recommendations for publication.

 The cost of additional services:

  1. Translation of the abstract in English (2 000 print. signs) - 200 UAH.
  2. Registration of references according to DSTU GOST 7.1: 2006 (10 items) – 50 UAH.
  3. Registration of references according to Harvard referencing style (10 items) – 100 UAH.

Article to a professional edition "Public Policy and Accounting" are taken within the following time period:

№ 1  – до 10.05.

№ 2 – до 10.11.

Copyright Notice

The author, gives materials to the press, reserves all copyright and grants to the corresponding edition the right of the first publication, allowing to extend this material with the indication of authorship and a source of primary publication, and also agrees to placement of its electronic version on the site of National library of V. I. Vernadsky and in open access on the site of the journal.

Privacy Statement

The editor and editorial board do not disclose information about the submitted manuscripts (authors, topics, texts, etc.). Any manuscript received for review is considered a confidential document. The editor and the editorial board undertake not to disclose information about the accepted manuscripts unnecessarily to all persons, with the exception of authors, reviewers, other scientific consultants and the publisher.
